Vegetables are definitely safe foods with acid reflux

Are you getting enough green vegetables in your diet? (Be honest now!) If you’re like most people, the answer to that question is probably no. These vegetables have many great health benefits and are usually safe for acid reflux. Try adding various vegetables to your meals. If they seem too bland to you, add some butter or smart balance to your lightly cooked vegetables. You might find them surprisingly tasty.

Another thing you should do is to check with your doctor about any specific foods that you should avoid. Even so, perhaps the best method is to simply monitor your reactions to various foods. This will help you find out which foods are safe with acid reflux, and which trigger symptoms.
